We charge £60 for an on-site consultation, survey and follow up quote. This fee is returned to you if you accept our offer and our quotes are packed with everything you need to know to make fully informed decisions about your landscaping project.
When it's appointment day, we will arrive in a timely manner. You can be completely ready for us with catalogues, measurements and colour schemes - or not have a clue and just want "something over there.”
We will support you through the whole process. In this way we can both fully understand what our goal is.If you need a concept, we can help with that too! After 20 years in the industry, we've got a pretty good handle on what you can or cannot do.
About a week after our visit, you will receive your quote with a copy of our Terms and some other useful documents for you. The quote will outline the works we discussed and a total fixed price. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for a look at our Ts & Cs.
We ask for a 10% Mobilisation Fee to secure your place in our schedule of works. This is non-refundable after a 14 day cooling-off period from when it was received.
We are not a big business and cash flow is very important. Therefore, Paved In Stone, Ltd appreciates swift payment in stages as outlined in your quote.
The next part after that is to expect some wait time between 3-6 months until we can get to you. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Any trade worth their salt is usually booked up months in advance, so plan early. All of which will be discussed upon securing your place in our lineup.
When we arrive, we take care of everything and we don't just do a bit here and a bit there. It's one job at a time with us; you get our full attention for the duration of your project.
